The Callisto Protocol – Launch Day Content Delivery

The Callisto Protocol – Launch Day Content Delivery

Role: Project Delivery Manager | Asset Coordinator | Creative QA Lead

For the official launch day content surrounding The Callisto Protocol, I served as the project delivery point for a range of creative assets tied to Dr Disrespect’s involvement in the campaign. My role was to ensure that every piece — from 3D visuals to stream intros — was ready, approved, and delivered on schedule.

This launch included high-complexity elements like walk-on virtual scenes, graphic overlays, motion-intros, and 3D animated assets. I coordinated with editors, designers, and motion artists to lock in each piece, ran final QC passes, and made sure everything dropped cleanly and on time.  Final cut and gameplay edit were handled by our lead editor Hobbert / 3D animations Mark Renders

Responsibilities:

  • Managed final delivery timelines for all creative assets tied to launch

  • Coordinated 3D renders, intro sequences, transition packages, and walk-on scenes

  • Reviewed and flagged issues across design, motion, and technical formatting

  • Acted as the last line of quality control before public rollout

  • Aligned deliverables with brand tone, platform specs, and stream-readiness

Outcome:

  • Successfully delivered all assets for launch day with zero delays

  • Ensured a polished, on-brand viewer experience across live content and VOD

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing time-sensitive, high-visibility creative assets

  • Supported one of the year’s biggest horror game launches with smooth execution
