Red Bull Global Rallycross 2017

Red Bull Racing – Port of Los Angeles Video Feature

Client: Red Bull Racing
Role: Director, Cinematographer, Editor, Music Supervisor

This cinematic short film was produced in collaboration with Red Bull Racing and filmed on location at the Port of Los Angeles. I handled the full creative and technical scope alongside Esmeralda Navarro under the Vintage Clash name. Together we captured the energy, grit, and motion of the environment using a multi-camera setup.

I directed the shoot, handled camera operation across three different platforms, and led the full edit, including music integration and pacing. The final video was paired with “Scratch My Back” by Michael Ubaldini, whose music was personally approved for this piece, adding a raw, Americana feel to the visuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Directed and planned all shots based on location scouting and brand tone

  • Filmed the entire piece using a combination of Canon 70D, Sony NEX, and Panasonic G7

  • Edited the footage in Adobe Premiere Pro, focusing on cinematic pacing and Red Bull’s signature energy

  • Color corrected footage to unify visuals across different cameras

  • Sourced and cleared music directly from the artist, handling all rights and approvals

  • Delivered the final piece formatted for digital and social media use
