Creative Delivery Manager for Dr Disrespect
Role: Project Manager, Creative Lead, Video Editor, Motion Designer, Brand Coordinator, Live Production Support
Over the course of two years I was embedded in the creative operations behind Dr Disrespect’s brand, transitioning from fan to trusted core team member. My role focused on managing and delivering high-level content across social, streaming, and branded platforms. I handled everything from concept through final delivery, ensuring the Doc’s unique style was preserved across every creative output.
Responsibilities:

Daily Stream Readiness
Ensured all visual assets, video intros, overlays, sponsor graphics, music beds, and animations were prepped and delivered before every live stream
Acted as real-time production support during streams to provide on-demand access to media files, brand documents, clip packages, and technical help when needed -
Sponsor & Campaign Deliverables
Managed the delivery pipeline for sponsored campaigns, including custom integrations, promo videos, and branded assets
Ensured all sponsor content was on-brand, legally compliant, and ready for scheduled delivery with zero downtime -
Project Management
Oversaw creative timelines, approvals, asset revisions, and version control for everything from standalone videos to multi-piece brand campaigns
Worked across teams to sync up video editing, voice work, music licensing, and delivery milestones -
Editing & Motion Design
Created cinematic stream intros, social recaps, sponsorship clips, and narrative content using Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Illustrator
Designed animated logo sequences, lower thirds, and transitions to match the Doc’s aesthetic and tone -
Brand Strategy & Scripting
Developed scripts and storyboards for high-engagement content such as the “Best Tweets of the Year” recap
Curated tone, pacing, and delivery to align with the high-energy, satirical persona of Dr Disrespect -
Audio & Voiceover Direction
Used AI voice tools and voiceover editing techniques to build engaging dialogue and character-driven segments
Directed timing, cadence, and energy to match the performance expectations of the brand -
Collaboration & Music Licensing
Partnered with musicians like Extra Terra to secure music rights for stream content
Integrated licensed tracks seamlessly into intros, trailers, and cut scenes to elevate production value
